balloons a good idea, but better, create movable canopies that can have as many as fifty or as few as 4-8 people beneath it with messages on top. no spying through nylon tent-fabric. no idea what's under from the air.

I've heard some startling statustics about what it costs to run a helicopter for one hour...in the thousands of dollars. I can think of a lot of ways those resources (our resources) could be spent.
