One doesn't have to be "white" or of Anglo-Saxon heritage to be as racist and xenophobic as the KKK.

This is the new millenium where the eradication of the civil rights movement and the co-optation of identity politics by the fascistic neo-conservative proto-nazis has brainwashed people of all persuasions into identifying with and defending white privilege and white supremacy. Lupe Moreno is a victim of internalized oppression whose been beat down so much in her life that she's found it convenient for her sanity to hate her own people. Ward Connerly, Clarence Thomas, Condoleeza Rice, Ted Hayes, and Larry Elder all suffer from this malady in relation to the African American community. Latinos like Moreno, Alberto Gonzales, and that big hypocrite Linda Chavez (who disappeared once it was discovered that she talks out of both side of her head like most republicans) can be just as racist and class prejudiced in their conscious and unconscious support of white privilege and white supremacy. This phenomenon also reflects the contemporary melting pot of America just like the teutonic appearance of the nazis reflected Germany and the WASPy character of the KKK reflected the legacy of the south. So although all of these misguided people don't have fair skjin and don't go around wearing their bedsheets, their minds and public actions, like protesting outside of businesses (which is what the nazis did to jewish businesses in Germany), burning Mexican flags (like the KKK burning crosses), and using vigilantism to persecute individuals (like the nazis did to the Jews and the KKK did to African Americans in the south) is worthy of comparison. Immigrant haters complain about their tax dollars going to public services for the undocumented while they remain ignorant of how much of their money goes to fight the wars of oil barons in the middle east or support xenophobic politicians at home. What a bunch of saps.

My wife and I will be going to this if I can get tickets. Will there be tickets sold at the park? I don't see any way to purchase tickets.

Check out John W. Dean's book, "Conservatives Without Conscience" which covers the rise of authoritarianism in the United States as a general rule rather than as an artifact of the theofascist Bush regime's crimes against humanity and treason against America.

The Center for First Amendment Studies back before the 1988 Presidential Elections used to publish a newsletter which enumerated the Christofascist totalitarianism that we're seeing being inflicted against American citizens and innocent countries around the world. With the attempted installment of Pat Robertson as President, the Christofascist terrorists among us evidenced their agenda against us probably as well as it could be said.

These exhibitions of white supremacisy that we're seeing across the United States in the past 6 years is an artifact of Christian Republican fascism yet it has its roots going back about 40 years now.

If there's any counter demonstration planned, I would imagine it would be the same people who do that at the city council meetings in Costa Mesa.

Speaking of KKK and stuff, ALIPAC posted an open letter to National Vaguard asking them to stay away and stop making them look bad with their participation. It's posted in the SOS forums. My reaction would be hey, that's great, but what in the bloody hell took so long???.....

Don't forget to watch "30 Days" on FX tonight to see Frank Jorge get humbled by an undocumented immigrant family ;-)

(I was just thinking about vegans, and about left and right wing violence and love...)

I read Lupe Moreno's story on her site (or maybe it was the OC Register), and it's a pretty sad story, full of abuse from her family, and a screwed up, exploitative situation. Her family were coyotes, human smugglers, and so she saw the worst of the immigration problems. Situations like that always have some kind of negative fallout. There's repressed anger. I think hate groups can be an outlet for this anger.

I think some people in the radical scene can relate to screwed up, or abusive families. The stories I've heard are pretty wild, with lots of families on drugs, abuse, child molestation, rape, gangs, parental neglect, abandonment, bullying, and other abusive behavior from family or peers. As with the people in hate groups, there's a lot of anger built up. The outlet can be extremely angry politics, angry music, and angry behavior.

There's also a lot of "positive" action on both sides, too, but they seem to differ in what they're positive about.

I'm also aware of Lupe's story. I don't remember every part of it, but I've heard much of it before.

Stories like this may be one of the reasons why some of the Minuteman/SOS participants still go on and on with what they're doing. I don't have a story like this so I didn't last long with this kind of thing. For a while I got into it thinking being a "Minuteman" is a way to be a hero or something, but at the same time I knew it wouldn't last. It's like a dating relationship that you know won't last, yet you still go on a few more dates anyways before breaking up. I was going to quit it all after the Congressional election in district 48 last year. I was going to finish out my tasks in the Gilchrist campaign for the sake of committment, then be done and no longer take a side. But then the imfamous Stormfront incident happened, we know how that turned out. Not only was my committment excused off when I was kicked out, but there's the fact that at least two Stormfront members were involved, and a total of four were invited into the offices.

Anyways, as for hate groups, I posted a list of hate group symptoms on another topic here that ended up hidden. But you can look up "hate group" on wikipedia for that list called "Psychopathology of hate groups." After reading that list, I was startled to realize that a lot of these are just about parallel to what I've seen in the SOS, Minuteman, and CCIR events.

That's pretty funny. Especially when Czernel from SOS mispelled "Heroes" as "Heros" on a protest sign he provides the image for on his website, a word that's harding to mispell than "Independent," the word I mispelled.

Anyways, maybe I'll have to make another photo of myself like the chair and protest sign one. I like "Publik Skool Viktum" so maybe I'll hold a sign that says that with an arrow pointing towards me. I'll even bring it their next Laguna Beach protest.

10pm on the FX channel. It's not the regular Fox channel, it's a separate channel called "FX" usually for entertainment, also owned by Fox Productions.

In this area with Cox Communications, it's channel 17. It will be different in other areas.

I wonder if there will ever come a day when SOSMM's followers will eventually admit that their ideological core consists of over and closet white supremacists, Neo-Nazis, and other unAmerican undesireables. I mean the photograph evidence appears to me to be overwhelming in regards to what these people stand for -- and it's not "just illegal immigration."

If I ever found myself participating in a gathering where the majority of my fellow ideologues had their ideals predicated in hatred, I'd walk away and find a legitimate group to pal around with.

John Dean was a Nixon official for 1000 days, working with Barry Goldwater and other arch conservatives. In Dean's book "Conservatives Without Conscience," he described the mindset of the SOSMM / neo-Nazi / Aryan Nations / Stormfront / Aryan Brotherhood / et al. ideologies well.

Scientifically described, Theofascist Republicanism is determined and predicated upon hatred and bigotry, advocacy of inequality, denial of basic human and civil rights.

What we find is that everything conservative ideology is is in diametric opposition to everything the United States was founded upon. The Declartation of Independance, the Bill of Rights, the U. S. Constitution -- all predicated upon moderate and liberal ideals.

Bizarre. Freakish. The guy probably feels zero embarrassment or shame, just like his fellow ideolog who was exhibiting simulated homosexual anal sex while holding a sign he made that read "Brokebutt."
