Santa Ana: End Police brutality: In memory of Steve @ Santa Ana City Council Chambers, 20 Civic Center Plz.
Civil protest on behalf of Steve Salgado, homicide victim under SAPD's Gang Unit. Salgado was unharmed and fleeing away. He was shot 3 times from the rear, and left handcuffed to die.According to witnesses, the cops lied to his family telling them he was recieving medical attention in the ambulance when he was truly left laying in the street to die.
