Featuring: Underground Poet/Journalist Jerry Quickley (KPFK 90.7 Los Angeles) Jerry was in Baghdad before and during the initial attacks on Iraq. He will be sharing recently recovered photographs from his journey there, his experiences, and spoken word performance(s) inspired by his journey and the people who he met while in Iraq.

The event will begin at 5pm at ZACATECAS Cafe in Riverside (2472 University Ave., Riverside, 92507) with homemade Palestinian/Arabic food, resistance music and tabling from various local organizations, tshirts for sale, etc..
6pm Speakers will begin, with last hour, or remaining portion for community/audience participation, Q & A, and comments from other friends recently returning from the Middle East.
Please Note: Those planning to table at the following at next Saturday's event, or who can help set up chairs, food, etc., please show up early around 4:15/4:30pm at ZACATECAS.
