Join a reading club on At the Dark End of the Street: Black Women, Rape, and Resistance. This new book outlines the hidden history of Black women?s struggle against sexual violence and how this organizing fueled the Civil Rights Movement and challenged white supremacy. Also featured will be presentations on women of color leaders in present-day human rights campaigns. Club meets every Monday, November 4 through December 16, 7:00-8:30pm. Join anytime.
