Americans United for Separation of Church and State, Orange County chapter?s June 9th event is Lori Vandermeir speaking on Women?s Rights vs. Religious Rights: The Battle to Ensure Equal Protection for Women Under the Law. She will address the equality challenges, both current and anticipated, facing women in California and nationwide.
Lori is the California Communications Director for NOW and the president of the Orange County chapter of NOW as well as a long-time supporter of Americans United.
There is no charge for this event. Doors open at 1:00 for snacks and socializing; seating is on a first-come, first-seated basis.
