Film showings will highlight the role played by women in campaigns to stop police brutality, defend ethnic studies in Arizona, and fight charter schools. Monday night screening schedule: December 3, “Every Mother’s Son” tackles police brutality; December 10, “Precious Knowledge” centers on the Arizona ethnic studies battle; December 17, “The Inconvenient Truth About Waiting for Superman”, focuses on public school privatization.
