Join the Black Rose Society for a guided walking tour of anarchist and labor historical sites. Learn the radical history of the harbor; See one of the few surviving buildings to have an IWW hall and much, much more.
Requested donation , but n one will be turned away for lack of funds. Proceeds will be used to purchase a grave marker for early IWW member, Mortimer Downing (1862-1949). For more than 6 decades the Downing grave has been unmarked in a LA cemetery. The Black Rose Society is determined to correct this matter.
The event will take place on Saturday, September 15, @ 11:00 am @ John S. Gibson jr. Park (Harbor Blvd between 5th and 6th street) in San Pedro
