It will be 9 years since the U.S. government launched its illegal, unprovoked war of aggression against the people of Iraq.
It is difficult to overstate the level of death, destruction, suffering and misery unleashed on the Iraqi people. On the first anniversary of the invasion since the Iraqi people drove out the U.S. occupation, we will tell the story of what really happened during the Iraq war, what Iraq looks like today, and the current state of the Washington’s long-term quest for domination in the region.
The event will feature former U.S. Attorney General Ramsey Clark, who has traveled extensively to Iraq, Iran, Lebanon, Palestine and others documenting U.S. war crimes, Iraq war veterans and other expert panelists.
