Spunky Chamber Musicians, Living Composers and the Best Coffee in Long Beach!
WindSync, an innovative woodwind group based in Houston, makes the first stop in Southern California on a spring tour across the United States and Canada. Known for their unique performance style, WindSync have developed a reputation as "revolutionary chamber musicians" (Houston Chronicle). The concert line-up will include music by living American composers David Maslanka, Eric Ewazen, Peter Schickele (aka PDQ Bach), Tracy Jacobson, and more.
The FREE concert will be at the hip, happening Library Coffeehouse and Gallery in Long Beach, named one of the 7 Best Coffee Houses in the LA area by ABC News!
Classical Revolution: Los Angeles brings fun and engaging chamber music shows to relaxed, accessible venues throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Concerts are performed at coffee shops, bars, clubs and even outdoors! Classical Revolution was founded in 2006 at the Revolution Cafe in San Francisco.
