Back for the third year the Los Angeles Film Festival brings more award winning films made by transgender, genderqueer, and intersex artists from across the globe to Los Angeles. With two feature length films and three collections of short films, this year is sure to be another success.

Saturday, November 5th 4 p.m. - Get Happy (short films program, 80 minutes) 6 - 7 p.m. - Reception in the courtyard 7 p.m. - Elvis & Madonna (Brazil, in Portuguese w/ English subtitles, 105 minutes) The L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center's Village Renberg Theatre 1125 N. McCadden Place Los Angeles, CA 90038
Sunday, November 6th 3 p.m. - Truth to Power (short films program, 80 minutes) 5 - 6 p.m. - Reception 6 p.m. - Orchids: My Intersex Adventure (Australia, in English, Documentary, 60 minutes) The Workmen's Circle Cultural Center 1525 S. Robertson Boulevard Los Angeles, CA 90035
All of the screenings will be followed with a panel of the film makers. The festival will culminate with an awards ceremony and dance party. General admission to each screening is and guests have the option of buying a ticket that comes with two tickets for alcoholic or nonalcoholic drinks.
