Hey, this ride is honor our fellow rider who was killed by and hit and run drunk driver
Meet up at the woodley orange line (woodley and victory)
Meet up at 8pm .....ride at 9pm (sharp)
This will be a medium / slow paced ride
I plan on having local media (televison/newspapers) meet us at the end point
We will be linking up with a another group of riders at the end point
We will ride to Laurel Canyon and chamberlain intersection where he was killed
We will be having a small demonstration at the end point
Anyone with connections to the media, use them to raise awareness about this
incident
The drunk driver has to appear in court the following morning
We want this to be front page news
It could have been any of us that night
We all ride at night
WHAT TO BRING
Signs, pics of Daniel, candles, friends, lights, working bike, ride accessories, tools,
and a sense of community in action
we will have a ghost bike unless someone puts one up first
