Recently, the case of the Cuban Five achieved a significant victory. On August 3rd,
Gerardo Hern?ndez, one of the Cuban Five was released from solitary confinement. This
needed achievement is one step forward in the fight to free the Cuban Five. The Cuban
Five are five Cuban heroes in U.S. prison for 12 years, wrongly convicted on unjust
espionage charges.
Be part of our Long Beach biweekly study group, we will discuss the recent victory in the
case of the Cuban FIve and the next steps to free these 5 Cuban heroes.
Also, join us on September 12th at Noon in front of Long Beach City College on PCH for a
national day of action on the anniversary of the arrest of the Cuban 5.
