Take note, take note, O world: Urban Expeditions presents the Shakespeare Ride on Sunday, July 18th at 4:00 pm. Shakespearean costumes optional!!
No hinge nor loop to hang a doubt on. Riders should meet starting at 4:00 at the Merry-Go-Round parking lot, right inside the Los Feliz/Riverside entrance to Griffith Park, where they can see the 1926 Spillman Merry-Go-Round, check out the C.I.C.L.E. events calendar, and socialize with other cyclists. The ride begins promptly at 4:30pm, meandering leisurely through Los Feliz to the Shakespeare Bridge.
But this denoted a foregone conclusion: Our ride will end just before 7:00 pm at the Old Zoo in Griffith Park, in time to watch the acclaimed Independent Shakespeare Co.?s production of Othello at their new summer stage! So, bring a blanket and snacks if you plan to stay for the show! C.I.C.L.E.?s Urban Expeditions program is made possible with support from REI.
