Join the March and sign the petition! SIXTY-ONE YEAR OLD MOTHER ADVOCATES SON?S INNOCENCE! Incarcerated fifteen years for a crime Timothy Fonseca did not commit! Mr. Fonseca has been profiled on CBS 2 news report on 11-16-2005 ?Wrongfully Convicted?; endorsed by Association in Defense of The Wrongly Convicted (AIDWYC), story presented in AIDWYC Journal Volume 9 Spring 2008 ?The Timothy Fonseca Case?. On August 8, 2005 Mr. Fonseca underwent a polygraph test, which was conducted by Dr. Louis Rovner, Ph.D. on the advice of INNOCENT, a Michigan-based organization. Mr. Fonseca passed the polygraph with an overall score of +13 (passing score is +6). Stop the INJUSTICE NOW! Help exonerate Timothy Fonseca and join our rally outside Salinas Valley Prison. Sixteen year old male witness recanted his testimony midway through the trial, stating that Timothy did not do it, but that he lied because he feared the police. Long list of suspects, but only Timothy?s finger prints were tested with NO MATCH. Victim?s wife described the suspect as bald, no facial hair and no tattoos, as viewed by her at 3:30 A.M. from a distance of 180 feet. Timothy had a full head of hair, mustache and tattoos. Throughout Timothy?s ordeal and 16 years of incarceration, he has maintained that HE IS INNOCENT. In 2005, a polygraph was given to Timothy on behalf of the Innocence Program, Timothy scored +13, to be considered truthful one must obtain +6 score.
