Stratton ordered him to be released on his own recognizance to return to Los Angeles Criminal Courts on Monday, March 29, 2010. Our family has been anxiously awaiting his release, but to our dismay the clerk at the LA County jail has informed us that his release documents have not been processed due to the fact that his paperwork has discrepancies. >> >> We believe this is a ploy of intimidation on his person and an attack against his civil rights. We are working with attorneys to try to get him released, but need all the support we can get for his court hearing on Monday, March 29th @ 8:30am in Department 36, 3rd Floor, in Los Angeles Criminal courts building (located at 210 W.
