Enjoy a full day of workshops that address every aspect of health and well-being for women who love women at this FREE daylong health conference!
Workshop topics will include:
* Coming out to your doctor
* Girl sex 101
* Nutrition and fitness
* Sexual health
* Aging
* Forming a family
* Coping with stress
There will also be a forum about the economy and how it affects the health and well-being of lesbians and bisexual women.
The day begins with a continental breakfast, and lunch will be provided. Free child care is available; registration is required for child care. The day will end with a reception from 5-6 p.m. in the courtyard, where there will be refreshments and live music.
