Peruvian president has been enforcing free-trade policies opening up indigenous peruvian lands to mineral-extracting, environment-destroying, capitalist assholes.
The people who actually live there thought they should be able to have a say in the matter, so when the trucks started rolling in, they stopped them.
They blocked the roads for about a month, but then the vendepatrias-in-chief decided to mow them down with guns, massacring dozens.
People wanting to show solidarity have been organizing demonstrations outside of Peruvian consulates worldwide, and Los Angeles is no exception.
So come down tomorrow and call out this corrupt government for betraying its people!
