Paul Von Blum on Political Art, with slide presentation. Professor of Communications and African American Studies at UCLA, Von Blum is author of many books, including \"Art of Social Conscience and Resistance, \"DIgnity and Pride: African American Artists in Los Angeles.\" He has taught at the University of California since 1968, first at Berkeley and for the past 25 years at UCLA. While Von Blum teaches across the Humanities and Social Sciences, the focus of his research is the connection of the arts to poitics and society.
