Protest Minutemen founder Gilchrist in Claremont
Jim Gilchrist will speak to the "Mountain View Republicans" at Buca di Beppo, 505 W Foothill Blvd, Claremont, CA 91711, at 6:30 tomorrow. Claremont students are beginning with a demonstration at the Mounds, (in front of the Pitzer clock tower on the Pitzer College campus, 1050 N Mills Ave) and are then marching to the restaurant. We are welcome to attend the campus demo and march, or just show up at the restaurant.
This will be a peaceful demonstration to demonstrate our opposition to Gilchrist and his hateful message.

UPDATE:
They got wind of the protest and have changed the venue: They are now holding it at Hotel Claremont, 840 S Indian Hill Blvd, Claremont.
We're still meeting ar Pitzer, but now we will probably march south instead of north.
