Jeff Monson will be giving a Conflict Resolution and Self Defense workshop on April 18th in Riverside, California. It will be a four hour workshop on resolving conflicts and protecting yourself. The event starts at Noon. There will be a 5 dollar suggested donation at the door for non gym members but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Dress for athletic demonstration.
