fox_2_es.jpg, image/jpeg, 1100x850 Ex-President of Mexico Vicente Fox, repressor of Chiapas, Atenco, and Oaxaca, is speaking at UCI as a Chancellor's Distinguished Lecturer and giving a "democracy dinner" talk for the Center for the Study (Subversion) of Democracy, on Wednesday April 8. Radical Student Union is hosting a teach-in with indymedia activist and videographer Simon Sedillo, who runs the website elenemigocomun.net. Simon will be speaking about Fox's subversion of democracy, economic exploitation, and repression of social movements in Mexico. The presentation will be from 5-7pm in Parkview Classroom Building 1300.

Immediately following (around 7-7:30), students, workers, and community members will rally at Fox's private 0/plate dinner party at the University Club.
