Independent activists will gather wherever the city decides to hold its bi-monthly checkpoint--the location is kept "under wraps," but we'll keep you informed.
The checkpoints are a "legal" violation of the fourth amendment right to freedom from unreasonable search and seizure.
They harass drivers and target immigrants, impounding an average of 100 cars-big bucks for the cops (in overtime pay), the city, and the towing companies.
