THE UAW is asking people to come support it's decision to support the automakers asking for a loan.

Though we are not happy with these CEOs, the situation for the midwest could get very bad, very fast, if the big 3 collapse right now. High unemployment will blow up, as the ripple effect of the Midwest's largest employers shut down. Recovery will be slow.
