December 21st is known nationally as Homeless Persons Memorial Day. Join members of various organizations and members of LA CAN (community action network) as we conduct a silent candlelight procession around central city east (skid row) to pay tribute to our brothers and sisters who passed away in the streets. The event will also include an open mic where people can share stories about the loved ones who passed away in the streets and culminate with a slight dinner.
