Filmmakers Gerard Ungerman and Audrey
Brohy will be there to discuss their excellent
documentary, "Hidden Wars of Desert Storm".
The film presents archival footage detailing
US involvement in the Middle East, US
support for Saddam Hussein, and the rhetoric
surrounding Iraq's invasion of Kuwait. The
consequences of military action against Iraq,
as well as the use of depleted uranium and
the effects of sanctions are covered. The
many interviews include General Norman
Schwarzkopf, former Attorney General Ramsey
Clark, former UN Iraq Program Director Denis
Halliday, and former UNSCOM team-leader
Scott Ritter. Narrated by John Hurt.
