This film provides an unflinching look at the dehumanizing training of U.S. soldiers preparing to go to Iraq, and how they struggle when they return home. In their own voices, these young men and women tell how they try to come to terms to illness, amputations, injuries, and post traumatic stress disorders; all accompanied by the guilt and shame involved in the massive killing of Iraqi citizens.
