LOS ANGELES, CA – December 18th is International Migrants Day. In commemoration of this, South Asian Network (SAN) along with LA Commons and the Multi-ethnic Immigrant Worker Organizing Network (MIWON) are coming together with a festival on Sunday December 17th that highlights the first Bangladeshi public art project in the U.S. The festival includes arts and crafts, educational tables, music, cultural performances, and a procession to the Bangladeshi street banners.
