Digital storytelling draws on communications technology tools--like digital cameras, video cameras, drawing and animation programs, and web design tools--to create powerful narratives that can be forces for social change.
o Learn how digital storytelling can add to your campaigns as a powerful tool to tell stories that will move people to action
o Screenings of digital stories, including Looking for Work Is Not a Crime by Jose Esquivel of SAJE: an 8-minute digital story about how day laborers organized and took action to defend their right to work; clips from digital stories by SCL staff; and ?Sounds of Justice,? digital stories incorporating rare audio from the Library?s vast collections, produced by Miguel Felix and Pamela Cruz
o Find out about resources and assistance available at the Library, including equipment, software, and hands-on help
