Hello PEOPLE! You've been waiting for a great night out, where you can dance and groove and feel the beat in a positive, vibrant and electic space--this is it! Arts in Action announces its first ever DANCE PARTY fundraiser.
We've gathered four of the best DJs in L.A. who are going to spin rare groove and soul, old school hip hop and funk, Jamaican ska and dance hall, and salsa, merengue, and cumbia all night.
Arts in Action is a space where political action and dialogue comes together with art--and make positive change come about. The Arts in Action space is a drug-free, alcohol-free, safe space for youth, adults, kids, for everyone.
Please join us on Saturday, August 3rd, from 8pm to 1am. Admission is a donation. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Drinks and snacks will also be available.
Our last big event brought in over 500 people, and this will be no different. So bring your dancing shoes and help keep Arts in Action swingin' and groovin' for another year!
