SAVING LEIMERT PARK, SAVING BLACK CULTURE -- A Rally & Protest
Artists for Justice & Liberation, a new
human rights organization, are calling upon business persons, activists, artist and concerned community members to gather and raise their voices in protest against recent actions they say may forever destroy a rich African American cultural legacy.
This Rally will take place on Saturday, January 4, 2003 from 2 PM until 4 PM in Leimert Park African Arts Village (Vernon &
Crenshaw).
