THOSE DANGEROUS & DESTRUCTIVE WEATHER CONTROL PROGRAMS ARE USED TO SPRAY TOXIC METALS AND OTHER MILITARY WASTE OVER OUR HEADS, AFFECTING OUR HEALTH AND AGRICULTURE! THESE TOXIC METALS ARE KNOWN NEUROTOXINS THAT CAN AND DO CAUSE RESPIRATORY, HEART, AND NERVE ILLNESS, INCLUDING PARALYSIS AND DEATH. ALSO, THEY ARE CAUSING SERIOUS DAMAGE TO AGRICULTURE!

Please, do not park in the W. L.A. Federal building\'s parking lot.

Option 2: Cross Wilshire up Veteran to Kinross Ave. parking lot no.32, right across the street from parking lot no. 36 on Kinross. Fee: .00 All Day.

Option 3: Gayley Center parking: Enter on Kinross Ave. & adjacent to Gayley Ave.; 2 blocks from the W. L.A. Federal building.Fee: .00 All Day.
