The LA Coalition Against the Death Penalty is hosting a showing of the film THE EXONERATED, which dramatizes the stories of six of the over 120 people who have been released from death rows in the United States. It features Susan Sarandon, Danny Glover, and other well known actors and will be shown free of charge at 7pm on Thursday evening, the 23rd of March, at the Catholic Archdiocese offices at 3424 Wilshire Blvd. in LA (just east of Normandie). There is free parking in the garage on Mariposa Ave. which is attached to the archdiocese office building. There will be refreshments and an after screening discussion with Mike Farrell (President of Death Penalty Focus), one of the people exonerated from California’s prison system, and perhaps one of the actors from the film.
