The Tonantzin Collective and the ACLU are having a community forum meeting to discuss immigration law and Costa Mesa's ICE proposal, which will allow city police officers to perform federal immigration duties.



The event will take place Saturday, January 21, 2006, at the Centro Cultural de Mexico, located at 310 W. 5th St., at the corner of Broadway and 5th., in Santa Ana at 1PM.
