Vidiots, the great independent video store in Santa Monica with over 40,000 indie, political, foreign, documentary and hard-to-find titles celebrates 20 years with major events.
KCRW on-air hosts Jason Bentley, Raul Campos, Gary Calamar, Tricia Halloran and Eric J. Lawrence will screen a favorite use of a song in a movie since 1985, the year Vidiots opened. Critic Tom Cendejas will moderate this panel on movie soundtracks, music supervision and film love. Mr. Lawrence will spin movie-themed dance music for the party following.
