National Day of Action - Extradite Posada Carriles to Venezuela All Out for the Protest and Rally in Los Angeles! Monday, August 29, 6 pm Westwood Federal Building, 11000 Wilshire Blvd, LA Join the A.N.S.W.E.R. Coalition and many others on Monday, August 29, 6 pm at the Westwood Federal Building in Los Angeles for an important protest and rally to demand that the U.S. government extradite the terrorist Luis Posada Carriles to Venezuela for trial. The Bush administration's extreme hypocrisy in its so-called "war on terror" cannot go unchecked. August 29 is the first day of Posada's immigration trial. There is virtually universal agreement that Posada must be extradited to Venezuela to be punished for his crimes. Only Bush?s government and the Miami terrorists are opposed to Posada?s extradition. Posada is principally responsible for the 1976 bombing of the Cubana plane that killed 73 people. That crime was plotted in Venezuela. The hand of the CIA is also deeply implicated. Posada was a paid CIA agent since 1961. It is more critical than ever to keep the pressure on the U.S. government to demand justice for the families of the victims of anti-Cuba terrorism, and for an end to U.S. sponsorship of the Miami terrorists. We must also demand freedom for the Cuban Five political prisoners. The recent Court of Appeals victory was a huge step forward, but we won't rest until they are free. At the protest and rally, we'll have banners, speakers, chanting and placards with photos of each victim of the 1976 Cubana plane bombing perpetrated by Posada. Come out on August 29 to demand extradition for Posada and freedom for the Cuban Five now! Extradite Terrorist Luis Posada Carriles to Venezuela! Free the Cuban Five Anti-Terrorists!
