FILMS FOR PEACE presents: “RUSH TO WAR” Friday, July 1, 7PM Three weeks after the attacks on New York and then Pentagon, the film makers drove cross-country interviewing a cross-section of Americans about American foreign policy. The film continues through the war in Afghanistan to the lead-up to the current quagmire in Iraq, and beyond.
Features interviews with Molly Ivins, Anthony Zinni, Howard Zinn, Richard Clarke, George McGovern, Joe Wilson, and Noam Chomsky. For anyone who's seen almost every documentary on the subject, this one is still a shock.
