Dr. Charlotte Laws will present her "no kill" animal shelter proposal for the city of Los Angeles at this meeting. She has also started a Director of Animal Wefare (DAW) program for the city of L.A., which she will describe in detail.
She is completing a proposal for the city of Oakland and assists cities and counties around California with implementing "no kill" policiies at their public shelters.
