The Gender CONNECTIONS event is a community based dialogue that discusses gender issues, discrimination, stereotpyes and the violence that is caused by these.
Gender connections works to bring together students, activists,and educators to discuss gender stereotyping.
Gender PAC will be hosting the event, the Gender Public Advocacy Coalition is an organization based in Washington DC that works to end discrimination and violence caused by gender stereotypes by changing public attitudes, educating elected officials and expanding human rights.
GenderPAC also promotes understanding of the connection between discrimination based on gender stereotypes and sex, sexual orientation, age, race, class.
