Workers World Party will hold a class on THE PARIS COMMUNE on Saturday, April 2 at 4 pm. This class is part of a Workers World series of Marxist study classes.
Forty-six years before the October Revolution in Russia, the workers of Paris siezed the city, and formed the first workers' government in history. This informal Workers World class will be an opportunity to learn about the commune, and participate in the discussion. The class will focus on the significance of the famous French workers' uprising in history, and what lessons we can draw from this event for our current struggles for justice. Join us at 5274 W Pico Blvd, Rm 203 (halfway between Fairfax and La Brea on Pico)
