The Center for Non Violent Education and Parenting is holding its sixth annual Festival of Childhood (for all ages) featuring music, entertainment, arts & crafts and many other fun and creative activities for children and parents. Appearing at the festival will be Mariachi Divas, an all-female group that plays from traditional Mexican mariachi to salsa, merengue, cumbias, and even American pop standards. Other activities will include Yoga for Children, Traffic Rodeo (a pedestrian safety game), Drumming, Bubbles, Gardening, Modeling Clay, Puppets, and diverse musical presentations. FREE.
