Workshop Description (from the facilitator):
Visiting from Olympia, Washington Rebecka Tilsen will facilitate an integrated
examination of the web of oppression. The day-long workshop will explore multiple
oppressions through interactive activities, internal dialogue, imagery, and
movement. Her approach utilizes developmental models for personal empowerment and
building allyship. The workshop will help participants become their own
anti-oppressive coaches, move beyond guilt, and turn awareness into action.
