NION L.A. in support of International A.N.S.W.E.R.'s counter-inauguration rally has called for a pre-rally, rally at the intesection of Le Conte and Westwood Blvd. The plan is to gather at 4:00pm, bring as many percussion instruments as possible, banners and costumes etc. we will then form a drum circle, open mic and then march to Wilshire Blvd. to join the larger rally at 6pm at the Federal Building
