DESCRIPTION:
BikeSummer is coming to LA in 2005! In its seventh year, BikeSummer is a bicycle extravaganza that is hosted by a different city each year. From June 3rd to July 4th, 2005 there will be dozens of bicycle events in the Los Angeles area for all levels of cyclists and non-cyclists. It is up to the communities in each city to come up with the rad events!

This is first of numerous pre-events. Entertainment provided by Please Don't Throw Rocks At Us! (South bay?s finest synth punk), Silver Daggers (jazzy post punk), Ruin the Ending (melodic hardcore), and DJ Rock Action. Door prizes provided by I. Martin Imports and information by LA County Bicycle Coalition, Bike Out, The Bicycle Kitchen and Aids Life Cycle. Activities will include a bicycle scavenger hunt and raffle prizes. Bicyclists and non-cyclists are encouraged to attend.

Entrance is found in the rear alley. Cost is and vegan food will be available. Check out www.bikesummer.org.
