On April 9th 2005, there will be a worldwide protest against the occupation of Iraq. Bringing together people from all countries, anyone is invited to find a location near you to protest.



How can I help?

Join millions of people on Saturday, April 9th 2005 to protest the occupation of iraq.

We will focus on two things:

1. We will be supporting an END to the occupation of Iraq. It doesn't matter what you think of the situation, as long as you think it's time to stop the bloodshed in Iraq, please participate.

2. We will be supporting the troops in a way by "honoring them with peace". No matter what side of the battle your friends, countrymen or loved one is on, we will do this to HONOR the sacrifice of these people.



This event is "open source" in that I want input and voices from the people on how to make it a HUGE media event. Again, the website and event are a work in progress. I would like versions in many different languages also, so if you can translate this page in to Russian, Chinese, Japanese or any other language pleace contact me. Email me at ruderod@yahoo.com with comments, suggestions or other organizing information. Also you can blog me here regarding the event and how you think we can make this into a mega EVENT for change!! I will also have a "countdown to april 9th" banner and webpage you can put on your website 30 days before the protest. You can replace you normal index.html page with this 20 second page that has a countdown of days to april 9th. .then goes to your normal website.
