FREE EVENT THIS FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 12 AT 7PM! Cherrywood Village Clubhouse in Huntington Beach CA. Do you consider yourself a person striving to create peace? Wanting to bring down all that is causing mass misery and alienation? How do we rid ourselves of this emptiness in our efforts to teach peace? Come discover FERAL VISIONS! Come gather Friday evening for a free film screening of ?Surplus: Terrorized into being Consumers?, followed with a presentation by the Green Anarchy Collective of Eugene, Oregon. The presentation will lead into the origins of civilization, patriarchy, and domination, concluding with an interactive discussion on creating healthier ways of connection within ourselves, those we care about, and the rest of life. How come the privilege of buying goods does not automatically lead to happiness? Why all this emptiness despite our wealth? FREE FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED! Distribution of reading material, film, and journal will be available, all proceeds go to benefit the Green Anarchy Journal! Directions: From the 405 FWY: Take Beach Blvd South towards the beach and turn left on Ellis. Take the second right on Chapel and drive to the end of the street where you will see the Cherrywood Village Clubhouse parking lot. There will be signs telling you where the room is located. Parking is available all along Chapel. From Pacific Coast Highway: Take Beach Blvd North approximately 3 miles and take a right on Ellis. Take the second right on Chapel and follow directions above.
