Green Party Presidential Candidate David Cobb Speaking at the Regenerative Co-operative of Pomona October 30th at 3:00
The Regenerative Co-operative of Pomona will be hosting Green Party presidential candidate David Cobb on Saturday October 30th at 3:00 in the afternoon. There will be a screening at 1:00 before Mr. Cobb speaks of ?The End of Suburbia?. This is a documentary on the problems the world faces as we approach and surpass peak oil production and the decline of this energy resource in a world that continues to demand greater and greater supplies of oil. Mr. Cobb will speak from 3:00 to 5:00 and answer questions pertaining to his bid for the Presidency of the United States, the need for a more sustainable approach to handling problems with the environment and social justice, and why the Green Party platform is a viable platform to move the country in a more sustainable and equitable direction.
