This meeting continues in the spirit of the Million Worker March - uniting the struggle for economic justice with the movement against the war.
The next step for anti-war and progressive forces in Los Angeles, should be to stand shoulder to shoulder with the hotel workers, and then to march against the war on November 6th in Hollywood.
Featuring Maria Elena Durazo, the President of UNITE HERE Local 11, and Victor Narro of the UCLA Labor Center, there will also be a special report back from the Million Worker March.
