Get inspired by this Academy Award nominated coming-of-age story of a young Maori adolescent who defies family and community constraints to claim her valued place in the world. This video also celebrates a yound woman's choice to creat her own destiny within the confines of a societal gender roles. Please join and support the efforts of Radical Women's journey to the April 25th March for Women's Lives in Washington D.C. by attending this fundraiser for the contingent.

Program donation of .00 will go towards travel expenses for activists attending the March. Popcorn, nachos, and beverages will be served for a small donation. Low income and work exchanges available. No one turned away for lack of funds.
