We have been meeting weekly all summer, rallying outside Congressman Brad Sherman's office to support his articles of impeachment.
We have also been protesting against the hate, corruption, bigotry, and lies of this president and administration. We protest against a president who fuels hate with his rhetoric and hateful policies, who continues to embolden and give a voice to white supremacy groups, and refuses to condemn these hate groups adequately. We protest against obstruction of justice and collusion with Russia. We protest against the attack on women's reproductive rights, LGBTQ rights, immigrants' rights, and dangerous/careless threats of military action! We protest against the continued attempt to take healthcare away from millions of Americans.
This is a completely peaceful protest. Please note we will gather in the courtyard at 5000 Van Nuys blvd. right before 5:30pm, and once we have a crowd, we'll move to the corner at Addison & Van Nuys blvd for more visibility. This event will be over at approx 7pm. Media are always welcome.
